- We have no permanent members of staff (yet...) - which certainly helped us survive the economic crisis and saved us from having to fire anyone... .

- We don’t have an assessment centre either and instead depend more on our experience, know-how and knowledge of human nature... .

and we still have made it, albeit with a few adjustments and changes, into our sixth year!
